Wales Badminton Academy
The Richard Vaughan Badminton Academy (RVBA) is a Cardiff based Badminton club, an idea of my first coach Don Griffiths and I, to help young Badminton players achieve their goals.
We share the same vision of helping young talent develop to produce British Badminton Olympians of the future to follow in my footsteps. I have had many successes as a professional Badminton player and I feel the time has come to start to pass on my Badminton knowledge and experience.
I know what it takes to get to every level in Badminton. I look forward to helping you to get to that next level - so get your application forms into me ASAP.
Sincerely,

"Richard's hard work, dedication to his sport and natural ability has enabled him to achieve badminton excellence as a player " He has so much to offer young players as a coach!"
Lyndon Williams, Former Chief Executive, Welsh Badminton Union
"I have had the pleasure of working with Richard for a long period of time over which I have been greatly impressed with his technical knowledge of the game, and I am confident in his endeavours in coaching."
Ian Wright, Performance Director, English Badminton
"I have been the personal coach to Richard since he was 15, I have been impressed with not only how hard he has worked but also how despite having to do everything himself has managed to mold himself in to one of the best players in the world with only direction from a few coaches, I am pleased to have been one of them. I have seen him beat the best players in the world and I have no doubt he will be one of the best coaches as well, Wales is lucky to have him."
Lee Jae Bok, Former British Olympic Coach
