The Richard Vaughan Badminton Academy (RVBA) is a Cardiff Badminton Club with the best Badminton Coaching.

The RVBA is directed by Double Olympian and former World No7 Richard Vaughan from Wales. RVBA coaching staff include former Chinese National badminton player Zhu Min, former Irish Olympic Badminton Coach Donal O Halloran, and former World No32 badminton player Piret Vaughan. 

Badminton Coaches from the RVBA have worked at every level from junior badminton development, all the way up to the Elite badminton level at the Olympic Games.

In addition to being a European, Commonwealth Medallist, Richard Vaughan has a BSc in International Economics a MA in Sport from Bath University. Consultancy roles include badminton coaching for Badminton Europe, the Badminton World Federation (BWF) and the Catalan Badminton Federation.
