How I started: My Brother was asked by his teacher to go to a badminton club in Beddau where Kelly Morgan played. I joined in at the end of the sessions and was later asked to join.

Ambition as a badminton player:  Represent Wales at Commonwealths

Major National Achievements: winning national titles through u13-u19 in singles, doubles and mixed. Winning senior national doubles 2008 and mixed 2009.

Best achievements to date: Representing Wales at World Team Badminton Championships, European Team championships, Titles at Welsh Senior Nationals and 18 Senior International Caps.

Most embarrassing thing to happen to me: When I was a junior I always had to run off court to be sick during tournaments!
