George Thomas Hospice

RVBA/Memory Lane Cakes Cardiff 10km in support of the George Thomas Hospice Trust

George Thomas Hospice Care is the major provider of free consultant-led community specialist palliative care to those facing cancer and other life threatening illnesses in Cardiff. Together with the RVBA main sponsor Memory Lane Cakes we annually raise in excess of £10,000 a year for the charity through donations from our runners at the Cardiff 10km Race.

Right To Play Organisation

Badminton Players Federation support the 'Right to Play' organisation.

The Right to Play organisation's mission is to improve the lives of children in some of the most disadvantaged areas of the world by using the power of sport and play for development, health and peace. It has a vision to create a healthier and safer world through the power of sport and play.

Best known as the world’s leading conservation body, the WWF have seen first-hand how wildlife, the environment and human activity are all interlinked.
The RVBA through numerous activities such as the auctioning of Richard Vaughan Olympic items, sponsored items, raffles, and Memory Lane Cakes events have raised thousands of pounds for this important charity.
