this weeks badminton has been a lot of on court sessions. Including 2 high performance sessions and 2 sessions with richard. Also did a hill run which is really painful but worth it! Working up to the next tournament which is in Lusanne, switzerland next weekend and hoping to get a good result boosting my conifidence for the on coming tournaments this year with all the hard training beside.
