Badminton this week

A busy weeks work and badminton mixed.
This weekend was suppose to be my first Spanish badminton club match, but I slipped on the London Underground mid week and cracked my knee on the floor. It swole up pretty nice and I was unable to travel to the match last night. So that has left the team a little weak in the top of the table clash that we could have won.
I was also suppose to take Sarah to the badminton match, so after that her parents had to drive her up to London Stansted. Waiting on the results back from the match this morning in Seville.
Rest of the week went well. RVBA monday was busy and all the players are improving which is great to see.
Vikki and Gareth are playing the Cornwall Badminton Open this weekend as well.
Aimee and Sarah were training well Thursday.
I am a bit :( to be missing my weekend run!!! I do not miss the injury part of being a professional athlete!!! boring...
