Last week saw 6 on court sessions and 2 running sessions. The on court sessions were 50/50 of routines and games. I feel I am moving and playing consistently well in my singles routines and also for the majority of my singles games but need to cut out the unforced errors but it is coming slowly. I found the 2 running sessions hard this week leaving my body with a few aches but with my first tournament this weekend full training is essential. I wish Sarah the best of luck with her games this weekend but am hoping that the overall score means she doesn't beat my club ;)
