It's been a hards weeks badminton training for me, haven't done any running this week though (which I'm quite disappointed about). Have done 5 on court badminton sessions though which have been tough, working on consistency and a high tempo. Feel thats its coming on :), although after Monday nights badminton training I was suffering from a bad back and groins after the session which prevented me from playing last night, but am feeling better today and hopefully will be able to train 100% again tonight. So now looking forward to wrecking the girls in the running this weekend :).
