Badminton Last Week

I had a really good weeks training last week, with 4 badminton sessions and 3 physicals which is the most of done since I was ill. The on court sessions were really good with my quality getting better every week. My gym sessions with Leon are also going great with our main focus at the moment my weak neck and core, which have both improved alot in the last month. The week ended with a lovely 40 minute run. This weeks training is going to be simialr to last weeks so im aiming to get everything even better quality this week.
