This weeks Badminton

I've had quite a difficult weeks worth of badminton this past week. Two days of hard (but fun!) running on the Saturday and the Sunday took a lot out of my legs for the badminton sessions for the rest of the week, but with help from probably the best coach in the world (this ones for you Rich!) managed to get through the sessions feeling good after a fun finish playing football :)
Have also stated going to the chiropractor this week; for the problem with the general tightness in the tops of my legs. They assured me that they could help improve my Badminton performance and I was feeling the affects after only one session, so I'm now looking forward to seeing what else they can do for me. So bring on the hard sessions!
