Summer Badminton Training

After a nice holiday in Spain at the beginning of summer, I have been training as hard as I can. Training went well last week which consisted of 4 badminton sessions and 3 running sessions. I wasn’t looking forward to the running at all this weekend but I felt physically good after it and I’m looking forward to this week’s running. My week through the summer will now consist of 6 on court sessions and 2 running sessions per week as well as my job in between. I would also like to thank HEAD UK for again signing me up with this year’s badminton sponsorship deal.
