The Rebels suffered their 2nd defeat in succession to an overpowering Nomads A team.

Again the Rebels were without Richard Vaughan and Simon Rowe who were still suffering badly with man flu.

This meant the same team was used as in the Heath game, Gareth Day teamed up with Andy Mick, Huw Wilson partnered Steve Miles and Gareth Hughes supported Gareth Griffiths. The Rebels were again unlucky not to pick up more than 2 rubbers in the match.

Final result Rebels 2 – 7 Nomads.

They will now be looking to avoid a third defeat in a row when they play Llantrisant on Wednesday in mixed doubles, were hopefully Richard “THE UNIT” Vaughan will be looking to make his comeback appearance.
