after putting in a lot of effort in training over past few weeks it really paid off in the nationals this weekend. In under 19s on saturday beating louise breen in 3 sets in semi final with determination and mental focus from being behind with a huge gap in the second game went into the final trying to play and fight my hardest. Unfortunately lost to Jordan hart. On the sunday i was determined to try and beat her in the final. Beating ellen mahenthiralingam in the semi final i went into the final this day with more concentration. As a result of my hard work i beat jordan in a hard 3 set game making me under17 national champion. I was so happy with myself and the way i played.
