Mid Glam Badminton 14 Guernsey Badminton 1!

Today I helped the Mid Glam Badminton team to a 14-1 win over Guernsey. I do not think I was needed today...everyone was quite comfortable in their matches and I think that will put the team in a very good position in the league. Next week is the big match against Somerset who are the main rivals, a win there will see us win the division.
Yesterday Paracuellos-Torrejon Badmitnon club lost in a tight match to Huelva Badminton club 4-3 at home in Madrid.
Sarah (also RVBA) and I lost the opening mixed, which was a crucial game. Sergio Llopes and I comfortably won the doubles to equal the tie. Sarah won her ladies singles along with Beatrix and Maria in doubles which gave us a 3-1 lead. Unfortunately we lost both mens singles and the final ladies singles, with Beatrix losing to Miss Marin 18-21 in the thrid game.
So all very close and everything to play for in the second leg away in Huelva.
