Last weekend was the Welsh Senior Nationals in WIS , Cardiff. After a bye straight to the semis, I faced fellow RVBA Aimee Moran in the semis, but the morning of the finals she pulled out with food poisoning so I was straight into the final. The final was a repeat of the last 2 years against Carissa Turner, this year was easier than last year winning 21-14, 21-13. This weekend was the 2nd leg of the quarter finals in the Spanish club league. It was a good win for the club winning 7-0 and I won both my singles and mixed. On Monday I travel to Amsterdam for the European Team Championships where Wales face Russia, Sweden and Cyprus. Then the semi finals in Spain next weekend.
