After a four month delay, due to the Icelandic ash cloud, the Badminton Europe Annual Delegates Meeting 2010 was finally held in Paris on Sunday 29 August alongside the World Championships. On the meeting Poul-Erik Høyer was elected new president.

The ADM was attended by 32 of Badminton Europe’s Member Association and also by several prominent guests, among these the BWF President, Dr. Kang Young Joong and the BWF Deputy President Paisan Rangsikitpho.
The highlight of the 2010 Annual Delegates Meeting was the election of the new president after the retirement of Tom Bacher. By acclimation Poul-Erik Høyer from Denmark was elected Badminton Europe’s new president and he will now serve the Confederation as president until 2013.
