The RVBA are happy to promote a great badmitnon club in the Bristol/Bath area.

Welcome to the start of the new 2010 - 2011 season at Chew Park Badminton Club. Their 1st club night is on Monday 6th September. They are currently looking for new members, prospective members are welcome to come and visit on a club night. Based in Keynsham, near to both Bristol and Bath, the club is a friendly competitive badminton club where players can play to enjoy and improve their game. They cater for a range of abilities, using feather shuttles for both matches and club nights, although the club is not suitable for beginners. 

The club nights are well attended and are fun and competitive. The club enter men's, ladies' and mixed teams into the Bristol and the Mid. Gloucestershire Badmitnon Leagues competing at a range of levels.


Club Nights 

Club nights are played at Keynsham Leisure Centre every Monday night from 19:30 to 22:30 between the 1st September and the 31st March (excluding Bank Holidays). Feather shuttles  are used and they play on two courts.
Visitors are welcome, £4 per night up to a maximum of three visits.

Matches

All 6 teams play their home matches at Keynsham Leisure Centre on Friday nights from 19:30 to 22:30.

Match fees for all matches are £3 per

BAE affiliation can be paid at Chew Park or any other Club. Chew Park Badminton Club is registered with Badminton England and the club and all its members (visitors) are committed to implementing the Equal Opportunities and Child Protection Policies, details of which are available from a Committee member or via the Avon or Badminton England web sites.
