Seventeen Year Old Sarah Thomas won her Last 16 Match at the German Junior Badminton Open today with a 21-13, 14-21, 21-16 win of German number two Alina Hammes. Thomas part of the Richard Vaughan Badminton Academy (supported by Memory Lane Cakes) now faces Korean Park in tomorrow’s Quarter Final match.

The German Junior Badminton Open is one of the Worlds select high level events for juniors with players from many of the World’s best Badminton nations.
