This weeks selected Badminton Wales Club is the Arches Badminton club in Cardiff.

Arches is a well established badminton club in Cardiff. We run two club nights each week as follows:

Tuesdays 8.30-10.30 Jubilee Hall, Welsh Institute of Sport, Sophia Gardens, Cardiff

Thursdays 7.00-10.00 Howells School, Llandaff, Cardiff

The club uses feather shuttles and have about 40 members. They have mens, ladies and mixed teams in the Cardiff and District Badminton League.
